The H-2A visa program enables American employers to employ reliable seasonal workers from different countries, such as South Africa. The program is specifically for those farmers who anticipate a shortage of local workers.
We send our various applicants to different employers in the USA currently in need of seasonal workers. The employer decides on a shortlist and these candidates are contacted for an interview. Once the employer has made his final decision, we will sign contract with the relevant workers and assist with the visa application.
The employees of focus include, but are not always limited to:
It is preferable to have at least 3 months agricultural experience and/or a farming background. Please elaborate extensively on your experience and background in your application.
The visa application & travel costs are covered by the worker and reimbursed by the employer.
